I don't know if it'll respond to this appropriately, but you might try the following on http://www.investorshub.com/boards/my_css.asp

Menu Font Size: 80% or 8-pt
Menu Font Emphasis: Normal or Lighter

You've already got Menu Cell Width set to Empty, which, if memory serves, is the best choice for WebTV, but you might want to experiment with different % settings if there's any space between menu items.

Everything else in your setup looks pretty WebTV-friendly.

I remember when I was writing that CSS system, WebTV and Opera were my biggest hurdles. WebTV isn't really good about compliance with HTML standards or forgiveness when I deviate from the standards a bit in ways that other browsers support or at least tolerate.
