Welcome aboard, Geordie boy. Here is an extensive report prepared on GRPR by Remini Investments 27 April 2011. Quite a lot of information, background, assets, complete with photos, etc. Remini projected a SP of $1.77 at that time. I doubt anything has changed since then. Can't answer your question as to what specifically caused the collapse of the SP in 2010, maybe a combination of things such as change in management and change of business plan or something. Looks like the stock rose by about 3x value in April 2010 on news and then pulled back to previous levels (naturally); maybe panic set in by buyers at higher prices and then sold off. I'm just guessing on the sell off and reasons for that.

Anyway, looks like a good investment to me. Lots of potential for reward versus risk, imo.
