In my opinion, ICTY Investor Relations was really just pumping up this stock.

Facts:

- ICTY Investor Relations was a mod on this board providing forward looking statements on official forward looking statements (big pump, IMO).

- When someone commented that [e-mail] was the registered email for ICTY's website, tying the mod to ICTY, it was removed from whois within minutes. The mod/Investor Relations disappeared from the board within 24 hours.

- ICTY's 3 year chart shows that this is the 4th failed breakout at these levels, 2 of them on similar volume (repeated pump, IMO).

- I can't find any concrete information on Tropical II Ventures, LTD, or Project Initiatives of Africa, LTD, other than Tropical II seems to have been involved in some failed bio chem projects with BCHS that have since disappeared (hmmmm, very fishy again, IMO).

Everything is IMO.
