TAT Technologies Ltd (TAT) is a provider of a range of services and products to the commercial and military aerospace and ground defense industries through its Gedera facility in Israel or Gedera, as well as through its subsidiaries, Bental Industries Ltd. (Bental), in Israel and Limco - Piedmont, Inc. (Limco) in the United States. As of December 31, 2010, the Company operated in three segments: original equipment manufacturing (OEM) of heat transfer products through its Gedera facility; OEM of electric motion systems through its Bental subsidiary, and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services through its Limco subsidiary. TAT provides OEM of Heat Transfer products and services, primarily through its Gedera facility, to the aerospace and defense industries. Bental, TAT is an OEM of a range of electric motion systems for the defense, aerospace and industrial markets. Through its subsidiary, Limco, TAT also provides MRO services to the aerospace industry.
