Hey Silver, I have to agree on this one. I guess if things do not turn around for this coming 10k and the news I think is coming for this company this will be a write off for next year.

When they have to borrow money and future money available on a month to month basis, makes for a very iffy business deal. Possibly the reason for all this major selling over the last week.

Whats the deal with the S8 anyway. I kind of feel maybe he has to issue these 12 million shares to pay for business expenses and his paper work, is it either attorneys or analyst how can not be paid this way.

But we will all see come Friday or Monday if they dont file an extention.
