Just like the other announcements, there really is no material fact behind the funding proposal that states that the shares will or are scheduled to be issued and it would be months before a S-1 could be filed and shares sold in this POS. Let's just hope they protected themselves in the funding agreement and they shop around for a good deal as all of these death spiral outfits are dirtbags IMO.
