Dude u know audited financials come in to play for up listing which if this year goes the way it looking it will go that might happen but in pinky land its speculating quarterlys and investor faith. The prs are guides if they were nasdaq I would need to see audited financials and even then many companies cook the books I believe this company will go big that's why I'm in.
