Frank: re TGB: thanks for the correction. My Q2 reference was to the June quarter, but as you indicate, TGB is on a September fiscal year, so June is really Q3. The dilution is substantial, but I think many of the warrants are out of the money with the stock under $1 (hit .97 intraday). Do you have the details on exercise prices ?
