I think there is a bright future here. The stock is going to have a dificult time making its' uptrend but, not impossible. There are high numbers of shares and low volume here. It's become a place holder for the company profile basically. A couple more reforms and some solid forward pushes and hopefully, with hard work, this company will get itself where it needs to be to take advantage of it's potential.
