jp7204 ... My dear dear child .... a "Form 15" IS a SEC filing and thus IS a notification to the SEC ... and its shareholders. The SEC has to APPROVE this filing before it can be posted ... and they did ... and it is!! It does not suprise me that a "Form 15" means nothing to you.
