He tried a first time with a 10F, and apparently something was botched. Unless the SEC considered the whole filing to be slop, one would think it could be corrected and resubmitted in 30 days. By the time the SEC accepts the filing as valid, and they get the stock (issued to Renergy) registered, they will be paying the penalty for at least a few weeks.
