Last June this was a company with no sales, no NIJ cert, a caveat emptor, no Discovery Channel, pre-merger with the patent-holding entities, no formal board members, no ITAR number, etc. and its 180 million shares were valued at $5.75 for a market cap of over $1 billion.

Now this company has some sales, an NIJ cert, no caveat, it has Discovery Channel, it has merged with the patent-holding entities, it has a board as well as an ITAR number, etc., and its 300 million shares are valued at .40 giving it a market cap of $120 million.

This shows that market valuation is very subjective, don't you think? Was the market correct back in June, or is it correct now? Or was it wrong both times? The company's operations have moved forward, while its PPS has lost more than 90% over the same time frame.
