The fact that the company is doing NOTHING in regards to maintaining shareholder value especially knowing that a big decrease in the stock price does nothing but allow the noteholder to get that many more shares tells me one thing. Mwwc management has some type of connection to these noteholders and they want to see this stock price fall.
