The only real problem here is that due to the low Float the volume that is neccessary to attract penny players is not and more than likely will not happen.

Players usually look for millions of shares to be traded. The O/S is only 22M. Insiders own approximatly 12M. There are probably another 5 to 8M being held by longs. That leaves about 2 to 5M that could be traded.

A day of trading over 1M shares would be huge volume but nothing as far as penny traders are concerned. Yet, I would venture to guess that if 1M were traded the PPS would go up significantly.
