Trap i do believe we had this conversation with the board a few weeks back. Everybody seemed to be ok with it (back then), because the conversion was .05 a share and we were trading at .015

only difference now is they have updated the website to reflect the share count ahead of the 10k so nobody can call foul

just a thought
