I think 50 million more were used in the financing of the 500,000 debt the company owed the owner and somebody else assumed it. Those shares were probably issued at .01 and are the ones being sold here the past 3 months between 1.4 and 1.5 cents holding the price down. Hopefully they are all absorbed and no need for more financing. The last 16 million shares probably went to pay operating bills for quarter 1.
