Waitedg.....I focus on the 10Q's and 10K's because I am at heart a fundamentals guy. But if you are looking for other spots for price spikes, you might also look at what happens in conjunction with announcement(s) of new deals/sales with major companies.

From what has started to happen this last week, it looks like FASC and PacWest are gearing up for such announcemnt(s).
