Didn't Scottrade do something illegal a while back? That was a screw up also, right?

Strange how brokers screwing investors is a screw up, and companies allegedly screwing investors is a scam.

Market makers and brokers thought they would get away with yet another naked short and distort campaign, only to get busted and burnt with BCIT.

How many other stocks have they done this with and have not yet gotten caught?
