Okay, this SHOULD work, but my testing abilities on it were somewhat limited and I really wanted to hurry to get this into production so I can get checks and t-shirts sent.

If you go to that link, and you're entitled to a t-shirt (and a check in 10 people's cases) either because you submitted a tagline that made it to the back of the shirt, or you were an entrant in the MDC, it'll give you a form to fill out, tell you how many shirts you're getting, and let you specify the size.

If you go to that link and you're not entitled to a free t-shirt, or you've already filled out the form, it'll redirect you to the Favories page.

There are no provisions for 2 separate sizes because most people will only get 1 shirt. If you're getting 2 and you want them to be different sizes, send an email to [e-mail] giving your alias or account number and the sizes you want. After you've filled out the form.

And, yes, I did say "you were an entrant in the MDC" rather than "you were in the top 50".

Everyone who referred anyone (according to the recorded referral numbers) is entitled to a t-shirt.

Keep in mind that there are only 576 of these being made and we're not going to make more of the same ones. So it's very much first come first serve on the sizes.

After a few days of just having the URL in some public messages, I'll PM the link to anyone who hasn't filled out the form, then about a week after that I'll open an online store for the remaining ones.
