KMAG MEGA DD Must Read!!!!


There are many angles i thought about before putting this KMAG DD report together. I have chosen to stick to almost all factual Data that is currently out there. Since we have gotten confirmation from an I-hub poster (potts) that KMAG through confirmation via email from Jeff Reid (CEO) is going to be updating ALL Financials, and Shareholders soon i figured it would be best to leave out almost all speculation except a small part i will add at the end of this post..... Now Let's get started.

In 2009 during a Routine Physical Our CEO Jeff Reid found out he had a serious Health Problem,, which stunted the fast growing pace of KMAG... KMAG was growing Rapidly buying Property and Equipment in the U.S as Well as there Head Quarters in Canada. He had put the whole company on his Shoulders... In order to become Healthy again our CEO Jeff Reid had to take 15 months off work to take care of himself....

After coming back healthy being Sick Made Jeff Reid realize that he could not take the risk of putting the whole company on his shoulder. He had to be smart about what he was doing. The Patents and Technology that he created was where the particular industry was headed. The industry was shifting to RFID technology....

In 2010 Jeff Reid did something that would Protect His Company, and Shareholders..... Jeff Reid did something that turned out to be the right decision. He licensed his technology to r-pack International Hong Kong.... In doing this KMAG partnered up with r-pack international who has distribution in many countries and a VERY... deep customer list. KMAG will now receive SUBSTANTIAL Royalty payments over the life of the Patents...

Ok so now moving on to more current info.....

Throughout 2010 to Now Current 2012 KMAG has added a Substantial amount of New Customers. They have spread out into the Luggage Sector, Retail Sector, Cosmetics, and much more we do not even know about yet...

Now that everyone is now current and feeling like they know alot about KMAG lets jump into some Financial #'s.....

April 30th 2011 Ending.... So the first 5 months of 2011 KMAG did in Revenue Prior to all the PR's and Big New worth developments ....

Jan 1 - 4-30 Revs were 121,762

Ending 7-30-2011. Revs were 162,870

Bringing the first 7 Months of Revs total revs 284,632

So the first 5 months revs were 121,762 then the next 3 months 162,870. So in 3 months KMAG already surpassed the first 5 months of the year. Project that out over the final 5 months of the yr and add in all the new customers your easily over 1 million in revs in 2011 and clearly in the 5 mill + range for 2012

In the Sept Q ending July 30th 2011 Many new Rev streams were coming online for KMAG

Ok so on to the next part.......
Looking at this simple chart



KMAG back in Nov 2011 started to Plummet in share price, while the company itself was on a very strong rise... It had everything going for them... NO Dilution Practically no Debt, and they were landing customers left and right... Everything for KMAG was headed in the right direction.

Something else was going on with the PPS unrelated to KMAG. ( this is where my Speculation comes into play based on My communications and others with KMAG) KMAG imo either pissed of another big time competitor that paid some Prime Time shorters to attack there company, or They were Attacked by a Group of Shorters just by Bad Luck.... The Company imo was NAKED Shorted on Low Vol because KMAG was running under the radar and putting together a really strong business. The Public did not even know much about KMAG until now... So KMAG was Advised by there Legal Counsel to basically shut themselves off from the World and Go DARK until the shorters moved on Or until they could figure out Who was intentionally bringing there Share price down to nothing...

In the Meantime KMAG started to get noticed because of there cheap Share Price and Many Good i-hub folk starting doing there DD while reaching out to the company. KMAG investor relations started to open back up and respond to new Shareholders explaining without going into detail what was taking place...

with their investigation into the obvious manipulation of the market by
groups unrelated to the company and or its director.
Once they are satisfied we will be filing current information updates.

Some more Fantastic DD by mdeskm. He contacted OTC and was told that the Skull and Crossbones could not be removed for 30 days when a security is hit with it.

He also Learned KMAG did nothing wrong OTC was protecting KMAG from the non normal trading that had been going on.

And finally on a Sad note.. this past week sadly, Jeff's Father In Law Passed away last Sunday, and it puts life in Perspective. He is gonna get it done folks and the Wait is going to pay off Tremendously...


So shareholders as you can see Someone or Group did some major Damage to KMAG unrelated to the Company and the CEO......

KMAG imo is easily worth .10+ and when we get filings and updates on Rev and customers the market alone will dictate how high we go. I originally took a Position in KMAG looking for a Big return but had no idea how much of a GEM KMAG really was until now!!!...
