I don't see it anywhere on my local LV cable provider: Thought it was national?

So this can only be viewed inside a school? That wouldn't be right.. for many reasons.... Once you confirm that, I will then post why teens watching channel one inside a school building will not lead to Phoneguard sales that will move the PPS enough. Please confirm where I can view this channel one?
