Charlie......PacWest is a subcontractor, working on commission. PR's are Brian's responsibility as company officer; he can't fully outsource company press releases....which he alone is responsible to the SEC for..... to a subcontractor like PacWest. He could utilize an investor relations firm, but those guys can be a little too slick and costly.

He can certainly utilize PacWest for marketing purposes otherwise, which is being done. And they can certainly be contracted to put a website together for FASC.
