Nowhere does it say BoA bought the shares. According to the 13G the shares became the property of BoA on 30 Dec 2011 not Feb. Feb was when the 13G was signed. Is there signifigance in owning shares for almost 3 months vs 1 month. If BoA had been awarded those share for services rendered they would also have to do a 13 G and may now be dumping them. Look for another finling soon indicating BoA may no longer own those shares.
