Yes, it all sounds good but can management deliver? I've had an unanswered question into 'technical support' for weeks now. No response at all! Whats going to happen when millions of people download and have questions? I'm doubting they will be prepared and we will lose anybody that would pay after the trial period due to managements incompetence.
