well according to the "in the no" the surprise attack on iran will begin june or july. isreal needs a few more in air refueling tankers KC-707 to make an effective air assalt ( they are currently hard at work converting 2/3 aircraft)
The IAF's seven, existing KC-707s are converted airliners, modified by Israeli contractors, using their own equipment and designs. They could significanty increase their air refueling capability by simply "acquiring" older 767s that are being retired by the state-owned airline, El Al, or purchasing other airframes on the global market
