Let me understand your post:
1. The N = 3 of all the analysts in the world. THREE (3) !!!
2. Two (2) of the analysts voted NGSX as a "Buy."
3. One (1) analyst voted a "Hold."

On that vast amount of professional opinion, what should investors and potential investors in NGSX conclude:
1. Buy?
2. Hold?
3. Where have the rest of the analysts gone into hiding?

My conclusion is the corrupting one is a bagholder and is grasping at straws in order to stay in denial about the current and future prospects of NGSX. All IMHO.
