With the sole exception of a late (?) February 2012 purchase, it seems that the activity between August 2011 until now is rather quiet on a ski slope downward chart pattern. The chart does not really indicate consistent, massive, active share purchases by insiders, does it!

Thanks for posting the chart instead of a table; I come to the same conclusion. Nothing predictive or reassuring here. All IMHO.
