There's nothing cynical about it. I think PhoneGuard (OPMG) was presented to them.. which got them motivated to have the National Awareness for No Texting and Driving. PhoneGuard was working with RAB and Beiber before any of the school event started.
I think it was a joint venture between the two. IMO
Then GMR got involved with the music end and they are putting it all together. Hopefully it all goes smoothly.. and we get the Solution to Anti-Texting and Driving out to the public.. and the solution is PHONEGUARD.
