Here we go again! Up 87.5% to .0015 caused by about $200. Cannot find any news -- any ideas from anyone?

Up 118% today at 0.0024. Heavy interest today with 85.1K. Does anyone know anything or is this just one of those short term spikes? Sure wish something would happen with this stock -- would like to see it rise from the dead!
