GCRC, I do remember St. Clair mentioning in the last CC that Justin will be a part of the promotion (this before knowing about the festival), that he will start promoting at the time he releases his new album and throughout his tour. So the timeframe he mentioned may be starting very soon, since Bieber will be releasing new music in a few days.
We don't know if any of this is related to the Spanish River festival...it could be. But we were told that the main part of Justins involvement will begin shortly. Not related to the festival, it will generate it's own exposure on a different front, and it is something we should be looking forward to.
Any other announcements would likely be around that time. I would like to believe that the software is indeed ready and that it will be a coordinated effort being held back on purpose, until the time is ready.
And to all:
As a side note, St. Clair was advised not to PR and release info until dates and agreements are firm. The soft launch in July was based on software that was not yet ready and agreements that were not firm. This is my understanding of the "irritating" silence we have witnessed since.
I still have full confidence in the company. We didn't see the Illume event coming....it was not PR'd until there was an agreement in dry ink. Yes, the Illume deal didn't pan out as originally planned, but they did hold back on the PR until the info was pure fact...that an entry in negotiations and finally a PR stating the current partnership with Illume. Some if not many or all of us (myself included) are frustrated with lack of news, but I understand their perspective on the situation.
Lets wait for official news and not get wrapped up in speculation...speculation leads to disappointment from pumping, and gets bashed when the said speculation doesn't come through.
OPMG will rise again. Perhaps soon, perhaps from the festival, from Justin perhaps...and who knows what else management might surprise us with. Its worth waiting for. Go OPMG
