PPS on public companies is determined by sales and revenues, not concerts, nor "tweets", nor who is on the Board of Directors. The stock is still down by over 95% in about 10 months, all based on the revenue figures....All the "ROLLING" has been the share price, and gravity is forcing the PPS tennis ball downhill.
