Aha--same thing happened to me 10 yrs ago-- Cost me $90,000 Forward split---15 to 1----on Friday at the close of business-- On Monday I called the trading desk as to why my shares were not showing-- Fidelity said they did not have them ---I said others are selling and their firm have the shares---The TA said you had the shares-- They got them into my acct on WEDNESDAY--stock was down 60% when i bailed-- Some firms have better back office people and services---Perhaps it is the smaller firms--I don't know---I am still with Fidelity.
