TRCPA- We have 4 new owners of FASC stock. I just returned from Salt Lake. We had a memorial svc for my youngest son, age 48. Really to young to die. He had 4 children. All in that area. They now have his portion of our estate.

It would be advisable for Brian to be aware that all things should be in very current status for this coimpany to be led on down the road with ample leadership. Leadership visions and dreams. Visions and dereams need to be shared with the investors. (Other things as the SEC requires.) Well so much said, I must go. James.
