I'm breaking my vow by posting...but things have changed. 
The Doc is probably a 10%+ owner right now since there is no doubt in my mind (and based on experience with YA's dilutive ways) that the O/S is at least 1B+ shares TODAY. (The upcoming 10-K will confirm this!) IMO a deal has already been cut with YA by the good Doc...so watch out. IMO assume there will be 5B shares O/S at some point once the details come/leak out. Right now The Doc is letting YA get its fat add'l return...and once that's done, The Doc will be in a position to repay YA's Debentures, step into YA's shoes and convert the Debentures into ALL remaining A/S. When that happens (NOT if) you'll see a huge R/S and any shareholders remaining will be relegated to a very tiny minority interest. The company is going private before your eyes folks. I'm outta here to watch....
