cj: He is not a 25% OS owner unless YA has not sold not more than one million shares in five months. Do you believe that? Anything is possible but I think that would be a shock.

If owned 25%, that would also mean that Soon-Shiong did not properly file his Form 4s. My guess is that he properly filed.
