Not to my knowledge. I think his DUIs are misdemeanors, but I am not concerned about that if it were the case. I am concerned about the fact that his has been sued so many times in civil court for business related matters. Just google Barry Henthorn, ReelTime, ICTN, BCCI, etc, and you will see a long history.

Go to the state of Washington courts website, and follow up on him. There is so much stuff on him, it should give you pause.
