I believe both of you guys are right.

In my opinion there is allot of money on the sidelines waiting to get in if any positive news comes out.

To many coincidences for me in regards to a merger/buyout to be
writing this one off already. Also, it is a real company in a growing business that is sought after with some heave hitters at the helm.
