.Good morning

The issue of the skull and cross bones will be eliminated upon KMA paying
the fee to OTC and posting the Financial statements and legal opinion.
We have prepared all filing as stated previously.

We have our legal team in place to give the opinion on the filing.

We are simply waiting for our legal team to advise us they are satisfied
with their investigation into the obvious manipulation of the market by
groups unrelated to the company and or its director.
Once they are satisfied we will be filing current information updates.

We will release a press release outlining the legal findings ASAP as well.

We do not have any plans for a consolidation at this time.
