Thanks for the link to that article, grantg. It caught my eye because I saw the name Dykstra.

I had a little run-in with Lenny back when he was still living in the Philadelphia area and was trying to build a high end car wash on a semi-accessible corner near where I lived. I saw him at the local township zoning board hearing and the words "arrogant douchebag" immediately sprung to mind. A long story made short, we successfully fought against him building here and he finally moved on after he got traded by the Phillies.

I can't begin to imagine how someone with his charmless personality was ever able to pull the scheme off with Cramer, must less Illingworth from AVT with whom I have never spoken. I did once have a lengthy chat with their chief engineer, Jim Winsor, and was very impressed...left with the impression that AVT was a first class operation.

But now I see that Dykstra had been involved, I wonder if my my opinion should change or I should just give Illingworth this one bad judgment call. It's tough for me not to imagine AVT becoming a major player one day, especially with all the cutting edge technology they appear to have.

I wish you the best of luck with your investment here. Hopefully, if all goes well, you won't need it though.
