Personally I have always had a deep respect and a feeling of empathy with him ... for many reasons. .. .;) Look who he has had to work with ? ... then .......I'm sorry to be this trite but I know it's true! ......IF 'republicans' 'hate' him ........he is a REMARKABLE man doing a GREAT job! ..and yes, I have read Krugmans stuff about Ben .. and really they are not vitriolic.. he mainly is/was disappointed with him as Paul believes that 'Ben is way to influenced' by .. what he calls .. "the very important people' AND .. 'the confidence fairies ' ....;) .. and his big beef is that HE feels Ben could be doing more for JOBS ..to increase demand ....however, I've heard Ben speaking .. various places and I have heard him quite clearly ASKING for congress to do their part as far as 'stimulating' the economy ........BUT WE ALL KNOW .. that our congress is full of regressives........ and they ONLY enjoy helping the highest brackets ... SCREW the working man and middle class is what congress stands for ........and I've heard Ben, more than once state much the opposite ..........HE knows jobs are important to the economy & the gdp ... ALSO .. did you see this ? this morning ?
