TRGT is LESS valuable today then it was on the last major sell off to $5. I would expect a DISCOUNT to the $5 level - they have burned an additional $1 a share in cash since then and you now have to beleive the phase 3 program is junked and has no value.

So if it was worth $5 in Dec with some hope of this drug - it has to be worth LESS (and I suggest much less) now. IMO $4.00 area - maybe not today but I dont see why it would be more valuable now then December given the value destruction and cash burn since then
