I think SALES are of paramount importance. You're quite right about it not being exactly clear who is buying.

About insider activity, the increase in ranking is nice. I wouldn't be too concerned about insider sales unless we see a sudden, massive deluge of such filings way beyond anything yet seen, especially if it includes a lot of new names not listed before on the relevant Yahoo! page. My counsel: Remember that at the CURRENT price any insider can sell at a HUGE profit.
