A penny buyout offer was rejected by the longs and the company last year (and for good reason) this will go higher than a penny for reasons I have made below. Hell we were just at half a penny not too long ago (where were you?)
If you read all of the company PRs and get some back history on Black and undertand who he is and what he does then see the multiple streams of income, top that off with the joint venture with US News, AND the release of Microfill 2160 then a nickel is very reasonable. I have done my homework and studied the PRs very carefully and as such have come to the conclusion that once we get a piece of verifiable info then .05 is a reasonable value for this security.
