There has been 4 R/S in the past 10 years. If trends hold true, it MAY happen again...but...the last 4 R/S have been 3 years apart. With same trend, next could be in 2014; plenty of time to make some money on any pops before then.

Not saying trends are 100% accurate. Just looking at past history.
