OK,you need to read about the subject first and become more knowledgeable as corporations offer stock and some do use it to dilute and get more funds but why do corporations do it because someone or many pound the stock to the no bid level and keep them from running like they should and force dilution as stock offering is for the company to have access to funds to build companies so point the finger in the right direction first and yes some companies are corrupt also but that here has yet to be proven so you have your arguement and others have thiers!!
