Those ballots are worth just as much as his shares now. The ballots are not worth the paper they are printed on.
He does have a shot of making something back if someone does a class action suit. Only way to make anything if your shares are not locked.
P.S. Giving someone the ballot now is like giving someone on death-row his last meal after they killed him. The inmate and meal are both worm food now. JMO
