Look Ntephe has burned enough money to have seismics done on at least part of the EEZ. 35 million dollars down the tubes and for that we get nada. Instead of taking on Chad, which they also can't afford to even explore let alone drill maybe they would have been advised to do something with the EEZ. The deal was made by Offor for the EEZ blocks years before Ntephe came along. For G-ds sake he could have done something to advance the cause.
