I am a bit behind on my reading but I am amazed that no one has apparently mentioned the court case between Geico and Google, in which case Geico prevailed. I believe the case involved ownership rights regarding a "key word".The outcome in favor of Geico brought up the question of legitimacy of software patents. Is this question of rights likely to effect NEOM ?
Also, can anybody tell me how to transfer information from the internet to this site in conjunction with a post?
