Animal Processing for Fuel or Feed

Animal by-products can no longer be diverted to landfills as new regulations require processing companies to dispose of the waste in an environmentally acceptable manner. Several companies got an early start on these regulations by using the KDS Processing equipment.

One of the largest Chicken ranches in Brazil uses our equipment to grind, dry and blend heads, feet, blood, guts and feathers with soy and other fillers to produce a high protein food supplement for their own ranch. Cattle Pouch waste including unprocessed alfalfa and intestinal waste that’s being processed including manure’s can be processed.

The KDS Processing equipment, grinds and dries the waste, including killing all pathogens and converting the waste to a usable high BTU valued fuel.
