sideeki -- have this hood on it:

http://www.motorcitymold.com/gallery/blackC5/gallery_02.html

vent allows air to flow out from under the hood (stock hood is solid, no vent) from just behind the main coolant radiator -- greaterly improves airflow through the main coolant radiator (and in my car, several additional radiators) and cuts underhood and undercar air pressure and front-end lift at speed (especially above 150 mph) -- and lowers engine coolant and oil temps by over 20 degrees -- best functional hood out there by far (and the best-made, best-fitting and imo best-looking as well) -- and one of only two parts apart from some body panels and interior stuff and the like (the other being the torque tube) not replaced in this current build (have had it on there since I originally had a C5R-block 427 twin turbo build [about 740 HP] done 6 years ago) (new one's a 436 twin turbo -- same 4" stroke as a classic 427, but 4.165" v. 4.125" bores) (RHS LS Racing Block [ http://www.racingheadservice.com/LSBlock/ ]) (redline/shift point 7,000 RPM, rev limiter set at 7,200 RPM)
